Kasich would be a better Dem VP.

I don’t even know why he is in the GOP.

Yep! I was thinking Kasich would have a chance at being VP because he was in Congress for quite a while and seemed to work diligently on the budget. Plus, Ohio is a swing state, and I think he is fairly well liked there (don’t know for sure).

Now I am back to thinking possibly Scott Walker, Mike Pence and just thought about the possibility of Rick Scott from FL this morning - biz man and gov experience.

I do think it would be helpful to have someone from the mid-west or west. Most of the states in the west don’t have many electoral votes. I would certainly support Newt as VP, but as I’ve mentioned previously, Newt might may a great Chief of Staff (not sure if he’d want it).
