That’s probably why Rubio is hitting Trump hard in GA right now (or at least a few minutes ago).

Excellent news! If we can keep Rubio and Cruz below 20% in Georgia, then they are shut out of statewide delegate allocation, and Trump will take them all!

Georgia has a 20% threshold to get any statewide delegates!

This explains why Rubio is campaigning in a state he has NO CHANCE of winning!
