With all due respect...what the hell is “stale beer”??????? Who the hekll has it around long enought for it to go “stale”?

That's the thing....you have to open a bottle of beer and leave it open until it goes flat!

When the shrimp are battered, you can roll them in shredded coconut, if you so desire. That goes well with Chinese Duck Sauce.
