I met Carl at the state convention the year that he ran. Great guy. Very good with people. He reminded me of Mario Cuomo and Alphonse D’Amato in that way. He got sideswiped by personal stuff, really too bad. A solid conservative.

We have been friends for over 10 years and I work with him on all things political. I was his personal confidant and driver during his run for governor. We are currently building the NY team for Trump.
We met so many great people as we drove around this state. I wonder if we met?
