This is a good issue to bring up. Remind all those conservatives who were targeted by the Obama IRS to get out and vote. Might even make them sympathetic to Trump.
Trump's tax plan preserves the existing IRS structure. It is the IRS Preservation Plan. No reform whatsoever. He Just changes 7 brackets to 4 brackets. Read it here:
