The difference is that Cruz and Rubio will talk a good game regarding immigration but would do absolutely NOTHING if elected.
Rubio has already stated he won't do anything meaningful about illegal immigration.
On the other hand, Cruz appears more committed to following through on deportation of illegals than does Trump -- who has admitted he favors 'touchback' deportation.
