Agreed, which is why Next Gen media like Podcast, I-Net and even Talk Radio are in some ways the counter balance to the MSM.
The first people that would get quashed by a trumpian libel would not be NBC/CBS etc.. it would be web sites and pod casts because it would be they whom are most easy to silence.

I think this hand-wringing over the First Amendment is just a waste of time. It's a classic Trump 3-D move, and he's got you arguing over the 2-D aspect of it.
