A media maggot can print any lie about anyone and get them fired with those lies. so what If someone prints big lies about you that get you fired and ostracized so you can't even make a living. You want to have those reporters above the law and deny us our right to sue.
No one is proposing government censorship but a 2 individuals fighting it out in court as we do in other matters. The government just acts as referee.
