“I could easily live with a Trump/Christie or Trump/Huckabee ticket.”
I think Trump and Christie are too much alike in their demeanor. Huck might be a more complementary match. Christie for AG, though!

Jimmy Carter, Bob Dole, Orrin Hatch, Trent Lott.......
Trump would need the entire Congressional caucus just to offset the Jimmy Carter endorsement.
You can keep these clowns. Unfortunately, it looks like your clown will be the nominee.
To: JPJones
“Again, Iâm sorry, but Mitt, McCain, all the Bushes, Kasich, McConnell, etc., and the rest of the Rhinos, are aligning up to vigorously oppose Trump.”
Lott, Dole, Hatch, Christie.
You left out Jimmy Carter........real Conservatives know what that endorsement means, but maybe since Trump is a “pragmatist” it's acceptable to his supporters.

I am not from the south but when did Christie become the enemy of the South? I think they are saying that since he is a yankee, the south doesn't like him. What they are forgetting (conviently) is that the south obviously doesn't like Cruz. Smoked in SC and way behind in the others (except for Texas). It's over for their choice. The only problem is that they are in a state of denial. Some have awoken to this fact, and are now bitter. The rest keep fighting like he has a chance.

“Christie was always smarter.”
Christie is a smart man, for sure, but probably not smarter than Trump. There are different kinds of “smart”; each has his own niche.

You must not get out of house much.
Cruz could never have won in Texas senate battle without Palin.
Nikki Haley could never have won in SC governor’s race without Palin.
Joni Ernst could never have won without Palin campaigning for her.
And many more Tea partiers all over the country.

You have no clue, sorry to say.
That is why you are 1/10,000 as successful in real life as Trump. If you think you can become a multi-Billionaire by being stupid, that explains why Trump is 10,000 times more successful than you.

I can see your point on endorsements.....I can even under stand how the Trump supporters make fun on Beck, he's brought it on himself.
Lets set aside the RINOs like Christie, Lott, Hatch and Dole.
Trump has Carter's backing........he said it was surprising but real Conservatives know where he's coming from.
Those of us in NY know who the real Trump is...and he's not this sugar coated, wall building cowboy. He's a liberal. Follow the money.

At this rate, Obama will endorse Trump ... Obama endorses Trump and nominates his sister to the supreme court. Trumpster divers are happy. Obama is happy. Hillary is happy that the huge Obama monkey is off her back. Trump loses in a landslide to Hillary.
What exactly are you trying to do by posting this kind of thing? I'm serious. Are you trying to be funny? Are you trying to move people away from Trump? Do you think this is insightful? Helpful? Are you trying to push people towards some other candidate?
I just don't get it. Drama queen hyperbole rarely does anything positive. I know that you will say that you said it because "New York liberal" or some such nonsense, but you (and the rest of the rabid anti-Trump contingent) are accomplishing nothing with this kind of mindless garbage. What's your goal, other than to be a harmless annoyance?

Joe Scarborourgh just tweeted: The unbridled rage focused on Christie right now suggests his endorsement really matters.
I love this!!!

It’s been a good week for Trump.
The pope bumped him in the polls.
Vicente Fox bumped him in the polls.
Now a big (no pun intended) endorsement from Christie.

Hey you guys, I just saw your posts and it's great to see a good discussion going on here for a change.
Wish I didn't have to run I'd like to join in.
Kudos to you both!

Yes it matters because Christie is the first honcho from the GOP to defect to Trump. He was Chair of republican governors association. That explains why the desperate elites sent Romney to attack Trump.
Romney is such a joke. He did not publish his tax returns until 2 months before general election in November. And he wants Trump to publish his in February? Such HYPOCRITE.

Sad when you believe one woman can influence tens of thousands of people to not vote their minds and conscience, but just vote for who she says to.
The king like status you lend to Trump is confirmed by the queen status you lend Palin. She's a has-been. Her 15mins expired when she endorsed McCain in 2010.

Thank you, Gov. Missed you last night to take down that little Foamio!

Newt is 72 already, so probably too old for VP. Someone younger than Trump would be smarter. But Newt for Chief of Staff... I like that.

What’s with the dummy language and stuff? Cruz supporter? Let us say he has that one small election experience - that sound like a lot of experience to you?
