No way trump won that debate. He came across as he truly is: Rude and lacking substance.

We can give him credit for making Rubio look almost Presidential.

I thought Carson and Kasich came across more presidential than the other three. By “presidential” I mean someone who has dignity, poise, is respectful, and has self control. I’m not voting for either, but Carson and Kasich seemed like the only adults in the room last night.

My own feeling was that Rubio did by far the most damage to himself. He had a bunch of well rehearsed attacks, but then he couldn’t keep a straight face when Trump reacted. It played off as very disingenuous. Cruz was doing the same thing. The moderators almost all repeatedly started by asking Trump some kind of “gotcha” question and then giving Rubio and Cruz unlimited time to tear Trump’s response apart.

Drudge actually was one of the “polls” which had a lower percentage of people responded that Trump won. The entire “debate” was very transparent to any objective spectator.
