He has some type of cognitive issue going on. The last time we saw him on TV he was clapping like someone with some type of disability. Then he looked all confused and Hillary led him off the stage by putting an arm around his waste. My wife is a retired nurse who specialized in Alzheimer’s care; she saw the way he was being led and said immediately that he looked like he was suffering from dementia. I thought maybe he had a stroke, but she pointed out that he didn’t seem to have any facial droop or problems with just one side of his body.
