Bill Clinton: Going vegan has kept me alive

Former President Clinton on Thursday credited a vegan diet with preserving his health after leaving the Oval Office.
“[It] changed my life,†he said in Las Vegas, according to Politico. "I might not be around if I hadn’t become a vegan. It’s great."
Clinton, 69, then touted the lifestyle improvements he has experienced by practicing a vegan diet and avoiding most animal food products.
“The vegan diet is what I like the best,†he said. "I have more energy. I never clog. For me, the no dairy thing, because I had an allergy, has really helped a lot. And I feel good.â€
The nation’s 42nd chief executive admitted he is not always strictly vegan, and added that he has also not always enjoyed the food.

Good gosh. I thought he had the finger of death on him. Turns out he is just vegan. That explains it!
(Full discloser: I tried ‘Vegan’ for 2 or 3 weeks. Lost a bit of weight but felt WAY better. Missed cheese. Interesting cleanse but, for me, the no carb thing is much more powerful.... Except for no beer... Must have beer... Life: Too Short.)

That’s all well and good but I lay his problem to the strong liklihood that “Little Slick” is constantly taking blood away from his other brain and in so doing is starving it for oxygen!

Well he did have a quadruple heart bypass which affected him. But I do think he has serious health problems in addition. He has never had a healthy lifestyle.

Jimmy Kimmel says that what he did to lose weight. I looked it up because he was always a plump “every man” (”Win Ben Stein’s Money,” “The Man Show”) but not since he got his own late night show.
I saw a photo of Bill, wearing a red flannel shirt, speaking at a rally recently. He did not look like a well man in that photo.
