I agree, but I don't believe the court is being "tyrannical" here. I believe they have issued that order in accordance with long standing and accepted practices of law.

I think Apple has distorted the facts of what they have been ordered to do.

The fact is that the FBI is now saying they want Apple to create software that will be used to crack at least 12 more phones.
