Not to butt in ... but I would say to you; let your son participate in the process regardless of your preference of candidate. He will learn from being involved and be a better man, and future voter for it regardless of the outcome. Just my $0.02.
I am a firm believer in my son being involved in the process. Up until last night Cruz was my strong number two person but he really has made it impossible for me to support him in the race this year. I will however still have my son work for his campaign over the next two weeks as it is a god life lesson on being involved in the process. Ultimately I just hate that Cruz took himself out of being a VP last night ( I know that ship probably sailed weeks ago).
