Former Mexican President Vicente Fox says his nation will not pay for Donald Trump’s proposed border wall.
“I declare — I’m not going to pay for that f---ing wall,†he told Fusion's Jorge Ramos during an interview Thursday. "[Trump] should pay for it. He’s got the money.

Heck - the two former Mexican presidents have money too - ripped off from their citizens... Did Trump rip off the citizens of the U. S.?
You notice Fox called out Trump and not Cruz or Rubio, who both have played follow the leader on the wall. The reason? He knows neither one of them can win.
Yup. If we stop GIVING mexico money and use that money to pay for a wall (asuming congress goes along with it) WE are paying for it. If he taxes out going money sent to mexico that is money from welfare or jobs in the united states and again WE are paying for it.. I see no way mexico actually pays for the wall.

But on the remote chance one of them does win, his ace-in-the-hole is they can be controlled. So no worries there either.
