I imagine that Texans had formed their opinions of Cruz independently of any messaging by the media, the Trump campaign or the Cruz campaign, for that matter. He’s their senator, after all. They’re either happy with him, or they’re not.

Which makes me wonder why Cruz isn’t campaigning much in the other ST states?
How many will still like him when they find out he’s not eligible to be their senator, much less the president.
When I was happy with Cruz, I assumed he was a true Texan. Low and behold, he has been a dual citizen of U.S. and Canada all the while he has been a senator. If we had known that he never would have been elected.
