Rush Limbaugh Goes Full Nutter - The Most Illogical Pretzel Argument Ever Presented
The Conservative Treehouse ^ | 2-25-2016 | sundance

I know from the comments section many people have discussed how bizarre the recent ravings of Rush Limbaugh have become. However, I had not spent time listening to them, until this happened.

As far as I can tell this was actually broadcast by Rush Limbaugh yesterday. To say he’s contracted a viral strain of election cycle cognitive dissonance would be a severe understatement. Listen to this logic:

I know from the comments section many people have discussed how bizarre the recent ravings of Rush Limbaugh have become. However, I had not spent time listening to them, until this happened.

As far as I can tell this was actually broadcast by Rush Limbaugh yesterday. To say he’s contracted a viral strain of election cycle cognitive dissonance would be a severe understatement. Listen to this logic:

If Ted Cruz wants to win he’s got to focus exclusively on attacking Trump. Why? Because Cruz has to realize Marco Rubio is not going to drop out. If Rubio is not going to drop out, Rubio is not the obstacle – Trump is…

See if you can follow this logic. Marco Rubio is not going to leave the race, therefore it is the better course to attack the stronger frontrunner because, well, according to the Limbaugh logic, Trump winning in all the contests must mean he is positioned to leave the race – or something.

Seriously, this is what Rush Limbaugh is presenting to his audience. This makes absolutely ZERO sense. This is completely nonsensical. This is epic level moonbattery.

What makes Limbaugh think Donald Trump, a candidate who has won three consecutive resounding victories, is less disposed to staying in the presidential race than a freshman senator who has won absolutely no primary contests?

…And if Trump is no less committed to exit, then how does it make more sense to spend time trying to eliminate the stronger of the two candidate options?

We have heard rumors there are times when ineffective “gaslighting” can lead to absolutely insane expressions of logic. It would appear this rumor is profoundly true.

People pay this guy to hear this stuff?

So, Sundance is analyzing something he apparently didn’t actually hear, and he posts only his interpretation, rather than the actual words said.

That is incredibly unuseful.

LOL. Sundance is clueless.

My point is the level of expertise re the site possessed by all the experts on the thread. So many know all about The Treehouse, but have rarely if ever spent time there.

These people, not all, but many of them, claim one reason they support Cruz is bc of his commitment to Jesus. But Jesus is the One who taught the Golden Rule. I have never seen a single Cruz supporter act toward Sundance in keeping with the Golden Rule. The naked, unbridled malice toward him is, frankly, sickening.

What does that have to do with the crap he’s posting now?

I am not commenting on something he wrote 2 years ago, I’m expressing an opinion on the horse manure he’s been putting out for the last 6 months.

“I do not know what Rush has against Trump.”

Trump’s not a conservative for starters.

If my wife ever comes to me with a request to start a thread based on an article from CT, we’ll have to have a “discussion.”

Wow, wow, wow! Your wife can’t post articles without asking your permission first? I’m not so sure I would be admitting that.

I love Conservative Tree house. First site I visit every morning. Sundance is the best. His take on this primary season have been spot on.

A typo of the word predicated......guess that nullifies the point.

I have listened to and enjoyed Rush Limbaugh for 25 years now. I read about 4-5 of Sundance's editorials before I just started skipping them as mindless partisan drivel. Who has the credibility there?

Who has to pay to receive AM radio? This Sundance person is absolutely clueless.

‘Rush Limbaugh has more political acumen in his little toe than “sundance” could have in his wildest dreams.’

Read the following statement:

‘Sundance has more political acumen in his little toe than “Rush” could have in his wildest dreams.’

What if the second statement was made by someone who never listened to Limbaugh’s show? You’d think it ignorant and stupid for a person to make such a sweeping judgment on a show/person they never listened to.

But with Sundance, it’s peachy. All you experts who haven’t spent time reading the site trash him as if you know what you’re talking about. It’s shameful to see.

“I love Conservative Tree house.”

Perhaps because you’re an avid Trumpophile. Preaching to the choir and all.

So Sundance got it wrong. What do you expect from a guy that worked in a grocery store. He isn’t as smart as the average FReeper, is he.

How much time have you spent reading articles on The ConservstiveTreehouse site?

They get posted here almost immediately. I particularly enjoyed the one SunDance posted which showed that the lawyer doing the filings for StandForTruth PAC was also the same lawyer that did the filings for the McConnell for Senate committee. And therefore that proved that Cruz was a pawn of McConnell.

What it did prove, was that Sundance was an idiot.
