I agree with you on Rick Perry. He would be a great pick.
I also like Huckabee for the job.
There was a time I would have agreed - after he made all that noise about shutting the Texas border with mexico with or without Fed help/approval, then slunk away w/o actually doing anything, I changed my view.
It would be interesting if he finds somebody not truly associated with politics.
