Nevada caucasus are not run by the state or local election clerks, they are run by the local political parties. Both parties have a history of sloppy mistakes and untrained helpers at caucasus, so this is nothing new. The Republicans have not had so many candidates for one office before, so mixups are expected.

Some posting don’t seem to understand what’s allowed at a caucus. If they don’t like electioneering then they should get their lawmakers to switch to regular elections as electioneering is allowed at caucuses. Nevada is a relative newcomer to the process having only had it since 2008.
