I thought that is what it stood for, but what confused me was that Lindsey Graham is often called a RINO because he is so liberal, but wasn’t sure about the “D” in DINO because, to me, he really is in fact a Dem.

Why would he need someone who speaks Spanish? To soften his anti-illegal immigration stand? To show that underneath his gruff exterior lies the heart of a PC liberal who embraces bilingualism and multiculturalism?
Hardly. First, no one would buy it. He won't get a single politically correct vote no matter what he does. That bridge is burned.
