Thank you for very much for your prayers. Our minister until a couple years ago was a retired Navy Chaplin and he included military service members and fire and police in many of the prayers that he led during services. My wife and I always appreciated this. I was well compensated for my work in the fire service and it was very rewarding in many ways.
I think that Fatima misunderstood my post. I said that I responded to “many” calls with the police where they had reported that someone was dead. Then I said that on “several” occasions the person was not actually dead. Over 25 years I went to thousands of calls with the police the vast majority of the time when they said someone was dead they were. But on a few occasions they still were alive; that is why it was my department’s protocol to confirm the police’s determination. The police have very limited emergency medical training where I worked and there are some that have a cavalier attitude.
I did misunderstand your post.We have 3 in the family and your right they keep it to themselves.
I once had a lover in bed that seemed to be dead. She had no signs of life other than body temperature and being very pretty.
