Why? How can you get congress to limit their time at the trough?

An amendment to set term limits will have to come from one the states. There is no other way. And even that’s iffy because the states, not all of them, are the beneficiaries of their rep’s bringing home the bacon.

I don't disagree with you at all. I only think we would be closer to what the founders had in mind if we had congressional limits.

Sorry, please forgive me, but I have no realistic ideas about how to get there.
