The oceans are rising faster than at any point in the last 28 centuries,

And we know this because the world had sea measurers at every ocean every year measuring the rise and fall of sea levels FOR THE PAST 2,800 YEARS, keeping good records that all went to some sea level repository that we now have access to.

BULLSHIT.

he ocean could rise as much as three or four feet by 2100, as ocean water expands and the great ice sheets in Greenland and Antarctica begin to collapse.

Is this article from the 1980s? Antarctic ice sheet is growing per the satellite data. Man Made CO2 = warmer earth = melting ice = rising sea levels = we are all going to die.

Try this with EXACTLY as much proof: Man buys 5 gallon bucket = man extracts water from ocean = man dumps said water on dry land 20 miles inland = sea levels lowering = ocean life is doomed.

Prove my argument wrong.

Owe-bama promised, if elected, he would stop the seas from rising.

human emissions of greenhouse gases are primarily responsible,

The first statement may be a valid observation, but the second is just conjecture. I.e., the typical alarmist propaganda strategy.

Well, dagnabbit!

Every time you flush your toilet, the water has to go somewhere.

Eventually that water ends up in the ocean.

Now where are there huge concentrations of toilets?

Cities and College Campuses.

If all the people in cities and on college campuses just stopped flushing their toilets...that'd take care of the problem right there.

Mrs. Henkster and I went to Orange Beach, AL, in October 2014. We went back, same week, October 2015.

I didn’t notice a difference. There were a few better restaurants, though.

The ocean could rise as much as three or four feet by 2100, as ocean water expands and the great ice sheets in Greenland and Antarctica begin to collapse.

And if they believe that, they could save up to 15% on car insurance by calling...

“...roughly three-quarters of the tidal floods now occurring in towns along the American East Coast would not be happening in the absence of sea-level rise caused by human emissions.”

And yet this same article says the oceans have only risen 8” since 1880? I don’t even know how they can come up with that number to be honest.

The ocean could rise as much as three or four feet by 2100,

There is not enough ice or snow on this planet that could raise the ocean levels to those predicted amounts. The north pole itself is nothing but a giant ice cube floating in the Arctic sea and if it would totally melt, there would be no change whatsoever in sea levels......Archimedes Principle

And the Antarctic is so fricking cold, annual average temperature being -47 F, if it were to melt, that would indicate we were on a direct course heading towards the sun and the alleged rising sea levels would be the least of our problems......LOL!

The oceans are rising faster than at any point in the last 28 centuries, and human emissions of greenhouse gases are primarily responsible, scientists reported Monday.

FALSE! The oceans are NOT rising faster than at any point in the last 28 centuries. This reads like communist propaganda or Democrats (or alchemists) falsely claiming that human emissions of greenhouse gases are primarily responsible.

Too much money is being given to people pretending to be "scientists."

Effin joke of a premise.

I went to Carmel, CA last week and San Francisco the week before, stopping in Half Moon Bay for some clam chowder.

The waters edge looks to be where it has always been and not one article from local papers saying different.

Oh nooos, we're doomed. why with the sea level rising 4 ft in 100 years we could never erect dikes or seawalls like the medieval Dutch did, we simply don't have their advanced Sabot technology or fabric winged windmills. Let's just end it all now - where's my straight razor.
