You almost made me believe I was back on FR, once again...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Of course you do have a full day of FR seniority on me... '-)
(When this is finally over, unlike "Filch","I won't miss the screamin'"...)
I am sure he doesn’t even know it is an issue in NV. Or maybe this is his “ethanol” moment.
Really sad the ignorance of commenters regarding the primacy of private property on this thread.
This will not dissuade the Moonies who idolize the Big Government corporatist who will make America great again.
I live in Idaho too. See it every summer. Pine beetles also have destroyed the forest, cannot kill the kings beetles either, because it would hurt the kings forest.
Trump means never having to say you’re sorry.
Yeah, lets let Ding Harry sell NV to China and Russia. smh.
Great post. All would come true if still justice in this country
And I think Donald has friends that will see no harm comes to him. Two can Play the threat game!
If Trump opposed illicit eminent domain today, his cult would immediately attack those in favor of it tomorrow.
I have never understood the need of some people to worship a fellow human being, let alone one who is a seriously unethical Narcissistic punk like Donald. *shrug*
AL: Iâd like to talk about public land. Seventy percent of hunters in the West hunt on public lands managed by the federal government. Right now, thereâs a lot of discussion about the federal government transferring those lands to states and the divesting of that land. Is that something you would support as President?
DT: I donât like the idea because I want to keep the lands great, and you donât know what the state is going to do. I mean, are they going to sell if they get into a little bit of trouble? And I donât think itâs something that should be sold. We have to be great stewards of this land. This is magnificent land. And we have to be great stewards of this land. And the hunters do such a great jobâI mean, the hunters and the fishermen and all of the different people that use that land. So Iâve been hearing more and more about that. And itâs just like the erosion of the Second Amendment. I mean, every day you hear Hillary Clinton wants to essentially wipe out the Second Amendment. We have to protect the Second Amendment, and we have to protect our lands.
AL: Absolutely. How would you balance energy exploration and extraction on public lands? How would you balance that with the need for recreation and multiple use? Right now, gas prices are low, but they might not stay that way.
DT: Well, Iâm very much into energy, and Iâm very much into fracking and drilling, and we never want to be hostage again to OPEC and go back to where we were. And right now, weâre at a very interesting point because right now thereâs so much energy. And Iâve always said itâthereâs so much energy. And new technology has found that. And maybe thatâs an advantage and maybeâactually, itâs more of an advantage in terms of your question, because we donât have to do the kind of drilling that we did. But I am for energy exploration, as long as we donât do anything to damage the land. And right now we donât need too much; thereâs a lot of energy.
Don't forget th' door to let them back in. Those golf courses can't mow themselves, ya know.
Some of it was Frank Church. They use the excuse of protecting the wildlife. Salmon is a huge excuse to cut of areas.
BTW, FR definitely does not need your urinary slang insults -- EVER!!
Awww, you poor thing. Your senses must be so tender, poor thing. Politics is only for those that wear halos, I’m sure.
Okay, like you this is not my first concern.
Military? No it can wait?
National spending? Nope, not as important as this.
Obamacare? Uh uh...
Immigration? NOPE, not even close...
The wall? Who cares?
Jobs? Are you kiddin’ me?
Common Core? Eh, it can wait.
The Department of Education? Eh... not important.
Do I need to go on?
This is not a good development. Trump needs to be educated on some of the finer points in the Constitution.
Here’s the problem with that “doesn’t seem to be hurting him” remark. Nothing is as it ‘appears’ to be any more. So yeah, every comment he makes is chipping away at his ‘favorability’ among thinking adult voters. If it isn’t affecting the opinions of some, then it should be. It’s all a composite showing who and what the ‘real’ Donald Trump is.
Yet another dumb azz mistake that was unnecessary Donald.
No we won't.
