Back to desperation, again. I say I have proof that Cruz promulgated a malicious, premeditated lie. You scream, “Liar!”

That is rank desperation. Sad to watch.

>>I say I have proof that Cruz promulgated a malicious, premeditated lie.

The fact is that the LIE for this "false Bible story" began with the yellow journalistic efforts of a college newspaper whose animosity towards Cruz is self-evident given the subtitle they added  - combined with the comment they published:

"Wish we knew what book he was reading (perhaps Ted Cruz’s A Time for Truth?) Comment below and take a guess at what you think he was reading."

Then when they later found out is was the Bible - they tried to spin it into a Two-fer that slimed both Cruz and Rubio.

Update: 2:18 a.m. on Feb. 21: A Cruz staffer just confirmed that the book in question was a Bible

Why don't you just admit they were obviously targeting CRUZ?
