A close finish for second place in South Carolina means nobody leaves. Just as importantly, Marco Rubio's decision to cut up Cruz personally, suggesting that Cruz is a nefarious crook and brutal manipulator, means that Cruz will never drop out and endorse Rubio; Rubio obviously won't do that for Cruz, either. ... Which spells a Trump nomination.

The establishment wants open borders and free trade.
Without Trump those wouldn't even be issues, we'd be heading for amnesty in 2017 and more fast tracked job killing trade treaties.
If you want an excuse not to vote for Trump try and come up with something that makes sense.
President Bernie thanks you
It’s not that people trust Trump. It’s that he’s the only one who says “Stop the Mexicans and stop the muslims.”
In lots of peoples’ minds muslim invasion is the most serious threat to this country.
Just who is "surging" for senor Amnesty?
Good question. Voter fraud? On Drudge a headline about ICE warning that Rubio betrayed them (breitbart).
You are getting more delusional with every lie from Cruz campaign.

I thought the same thing until I realized that most of the winner-take-all primaries after 3/15 are in liberal states. This would favor Trump unless he splits the liberal /moderate vote with Rubio, leaving Cruz to win in a plurality.
Cruz also beats Trump one-on-one, so Rubio’s decision may be a wash for Cruz.
Prognosticators will have to do some explaining when things don’t go according to their plans. It just isn’t that easy to tell the future, or we would all be as rich as Donald Trump.
Trump will have to reach a 1144 delegates to secure the nomination. That is a long way off. The candidates have not even finished their first mile of this marathon yet.
Actually the magic number is 1236.
Your first choice was Rubio and you say that I don't know squat? LOL.
I also was a Carson supporter before trump, and the hateful posts that Cruz supporters threw against him were ungodly.
It's strange that you were a Carson supporter, that you are upset that supposidely Cruz mistreated Carson, and that you now support Trump.
As I pointed out to you. Trump trashed Carson mocking his religious conversion, said he was pathologically similar to a child molester, accused him of lying about West Point and called people stupid for supporting Carson.
Compare that to team Cruz that simply passed along a CNN report.
Inexplicable.
Question too tough?
I’d guess more Cruz voters would go to Trump.
And hardly any Rubio voters would.
I actually think all three have some integrity/honesty issues.
But I’d back Trump or Cruz by a mile ahead of Rubio.
I was originally hoping they would maintain their positive posture toward each other, with a Trump/Cruz administration being followed by a Cruz/? administration in 4 or 8 years.
I think they’ve pretty much blown that possibility to pieces.
Oh, well.
We are headed to amnesty, Trump style, in 2017.
But still, the Establishment has no interest in a Trump administration.
That statement does not make a lick of sense, keep eating those beans and count every stinky one.
No, it's you who hears what you want to hear about your favorite Orange Muppet. Apparently you didn't hear or see this...
Donald Trump releases vicious attack video on Ben Carson
And did you hear Trump when Trump called you and other Carson supporters "stupid" for supporting Carson?
I did not miss anything, apparently you did not realize the sickness of your beloved candidate. In the heat of campaign crap happens, but your guys campaign people have gone way beyond sick, extreme, depraved behavior.
You are making excuses for your candidate's poor behavior. And I could give many more examples.
And then there is Trump on the issues. He's not conservative, he is for amnesty and he flips and flops his positions.
And to call Cruz, who is the best conservative in the race, sick and depraved, I think you have lost your sense of objectivity.
