Besides, why waste the money at this point?

Because Trump has been threatening to file suit for weeks. And now it's becoming clear that the threats were empty ones and all Trump has been doing is shooting his mouth off. Makes Trump look like a loser.

When we tried to bounce Obama, the courts keep saying the challenge was a non-justiciable 'political question' right?

No the courts kept saying that the person filing the suit had no standing to sue. Neither does Trump. And for all his bluster and bloviating I think he realizes that.

I don’t click links unless you tell me what I am clicking on.

Can’t you explain your post to me in plain English without resorting to links to unknown propaganda?

“But he did have his own personal Vietnam said so him self because he dodged all over various venereal diseases from his youth.”

Did you serve in Viet Nam?

"I would pay to see a one on one debate with them."

Not really. All it would be is Cruz making legitimate points, and Trump in the background yelling "Liar, liar, pants on fire"

“does a narcissistic, manipulative, pathological liar personality disqualify you from the Presidency?”

Nope. Obama is there, and Hillary is running.

Thank you for recognizing the levity in my comment, it has gotten so crazy around here that even a mild joke will get you attacked.

In less than 5 minutes you can learn just who it is whose earnings are “income” subject to the income tax. You’ll understand why the government doesn’t want you to understand the tax, and why abolishing it would be a really bad idea.

So you venerate the 16th Amendment?

I think you are pretty much alone here.

“No person except a natural born citizen, OR a citizen of the United States..”

If you were correct, you wouldn’t have omitted the rest of the quote. This proves you’re full of it.

Whether they are “imported rulers” or not, the defense is there to protect us. If we give it up, allow anyone in, we will have given away our ability to stop any other “imported rulers” when they do show up.

Two citizen parents of a nation produce a child who is naturally a citizen of that nation. The child can be a citizen of no other nation naturally.

Ahh. OK. Well, what I said was "There are literally hundreds of cases on the nature of citizenship accorded to one born abroad."

So, your asking for citations to cases on natural born citizen ship is a request for something I didn't claim. There are ZERO cases on the nature of citizenship accorded to a person born abroad, that debate the meaning of NBC, or that find the person to be NBC.

You can keep saying that but it is a fallacy that being entitled to citizenship at birth makes one a Natural born citizen. A natural born citizen is a citizen of one place alone, he/she can be no other because by parentage and birthplace he/she is only an American. People can be entitled to be American at birth because of the law at the time giving certain groups that right despite their being born to only one citizen parent or not on US soil but they are not natural born.

Let me steal a page from The Donald's playbook.

I'd never call the FRumpsters stupid.

(Misguided perhaps, but I know they all love their country.

(McMahon insulting his sold-out venue of WWE fans, priceless.)

—”NBC = Born on US soil of TWO US citizens.”

What about McCain?

He wasn’t born in the US, but based on the Barry Goldwater Supreme Court case, Goldwater and McCain were eligible to run for POTUS. Goldwater was born in AZ before it was a State.

I would think if a kid was born to TWO US citizens in another country (e.g. two military personnel), that child would be constitutionally eligible, don’t you?

The original topic was about draft dodging. You can piggyback on something else if you want to make some superfluous comment.

So in theory if the nation state of imaginaria declared all persons born on July 13th as citizens of their nation that would invalidate they’re building a natural born citizen in the United States because they would by law have citizenship in two nations. Dictated by Google Voice
