No it won’t. It will disclose how close you are to the test designer’s opinion on the positions that the designer attributes to the various candidates.

As far as your question on TED CRUZ, the designer knew how Ted Cruz thought on this issue, so he did not try to make him what he wasn't. I'm sure he did that fairly with every candidate.
