Campaign surrogates reminding Trump voters that “even if Trump way ahead in exit polls, VOTE! YOUR precinct must go to Trump so Trump will get those delegates!” SC is winner take all but only for 24 or 27 delegates. Rest awarded according to winners of individual precincts.
