I looked at the congressional districts and it looks like Trump will win all the delegates. Rubio has one county in Columbia, the 2nd district but Trump makes up the difference in the other counties in that district, Lexington, Aiken and Barnwell. Same in the 1st district, Charleston, Rubio has Charleston and Trump has the lead in Berkeley & Beuford, the other 1st district counties so he takes the district. Trump has all the other counties. Thanks for the information regarding the counties versus cong districts. One would think that perhaps numerical count of the counties in a district might determine the outcome? The two Rubio counties had more voters as they are big city counties. I don’t know how it works out.
