I wonder if Cruz was trying to talk Carson into throwing his support that way. Cruz always banked on getting Carson votes when Carson dropped but there's a better chance of a snowstorm in hell now than Carson voters flocking to Ted.

This is the difference between Trump followers and Carson/Cruz or most other supporters. Carson supporters do NOT listen to Ben Carson blindly and follow him to where he says to go. They, and this may sound strange to Trump followers, think for themselves. I know too many Carson supporters who love Ben, really like Ted and disdain Trump.
