Just overhearing your conversation a little — did any of you see the American Experience PBS TV show last night on Carol King. I never knew she was so influential in rock & roll in writing for everyone. Early career $20.00 a song. It was a wonderful tribute.

Well, heck yeah. Paul, John and Mick got their starts imitating Elvis, Carl Perkins and American blues cats.

We were rocking long before 1964.
