I am not a lawyer, but I believe that facts or leads found on th e phone can be used to investigate criminals, but can’t be introduced in court as evidence.

I am a Trump supporter, and this is the first time I have been disappointed in one of his positions.

I was a supporter. And a yuuuge one at that. Him going viciously after Cruz is what opened my eyes to what an unprincipled, unscrupulous, self centered jerk he is. Trump only cares about what is good for Trump. He understands marketing better than most people; so he did the research on what positions will most sell to the American people at this time and he made that his campaign theme. Never mind that his previous position was the complete opposite of his current. I won't even call him a RINO on steroids because RINOs have at least some core beliefs. Trump has none.

The way you described Trump is most of the politicians you hate.

As Richard Nixon once said you don’t want to elect a Boy Scout president. Trump may not be driven by Ideology, but that is fine by me. What has the past 36 years plus of any Ideology done for us. I will take Trump’s practical politics over what we have had that hasn’t worked.

Trump is far from perfect, as is Cruz and the rest of the bunch. We have a real hard choice ahead of us when it is time for us to vote.

This is a pivotal election, and our republic is at stake. None of our candidates are perfect. Most are beholden to “big money”, and if we vote for them, we end up with their “big money” agenda.

Trump is running free of that, with vague promises of “making the USA great again”. We all want that, but who do we trust him to “get ‘er done”?

What a mess we are in. I am not confident that there is a way out, no matter whose bandwagon we jump on. We are in a downward spiral, and there is a strong probability that it is too late for any one man to stop the avalanche.

Witness the mess on both sides of the political aisle. It looks like the Titanic to me.

We lost our way years ago, and it is now too late to avoid the inevitable sinking of our “ship of state”. Think about the iceberg, the worst of it is underwater, and our media only reports on the what they see on the surface.

Has anyone ever seen a mention of our unfunded liabilities (about 200 trillion) in the main stream media? Has any talking head ever asked a serious question to a candidate about how we are going to meet these future obligations?

Trump is a smart man when it comes to money, and while he has hinted around it, he hasn’t really spelled out how bankrupt we actually are. I sometimes wonder why.

After finding the following comment by cyber-security expert John McAfee, I now disagree with Trumps stance against boycotting Apple. This is for the simple reason that McAfee has indicated that a 15 year old boy recently hacked the FBIs system.
”The very FBI,” McAfee charged, ”who says, ”we will protect this software and only use it on one phone,” that agency was hacked by a 15-year-old boy just last week, who walked off with all the personnel records including, [of] undercover agents.” - John McAfee, RT.

So the FBI cannot assure that some hacker will not steal an Apple backdoor if Apple made one for FBI to use. (Insights, corrections welcome.)
