When are you people going to get it through your head.....legal opininins in a separate case set NO precedent, and carry no more weight to another case then a legal footnote.
Rulings don’t occur in a vacuum. Judges look for why decisions were made as well and are very unlikely to overturn another SCOTUS decision.
