What court is it going to and who is doing it? All I saw was a bunch of opinions on a website article. I didn’t see anything in this article about this actually going to court.

Circuit Court of Cook County, to be heard by Judge Maureen Ward Kirby. It is the next step, following an adverse ruling against Lawrence Joyce, rendered by the Illinois Electoral Board on the 1st of February.
