Where do you get that he is defending it? The way I read it he was pointing out that with this law it could happen anywhere. I was homeschooled most of my life and don’t see a connection to your incendiary reply.

When I was company commander for a basic training Brigade in Fort Jackson we had Joes and occasionally some Janes sneaking into other barracks.
