At a Wednesday morning campaign event in Bluffton, SC, Donald Trump takes his relitigation of the Bush administration's record on 9/11 and Iraq to the next level, seeming to imply that we don't currently know who "really" committed the 9/11 attacks.
Trump says if he is elected: "you will find out who really knocked down the World Trade Center."
"It wasn't the Iraqis," he explained. "You may find it's the Saudis."
"They have papers in there that are very secret," he also said, referencing the 28 still-classified pages of the 9/11 commission report. "But you will find out."

I said at the time that we should have left a representative republic like ours in place, and left immediately after, leaving them to go to Hell in the handbasket of their choosing.

This is a misleading headline. It almost suggests that Trump believes that GWB may have caused the WTC to come down, considering what happened at the debate. They should have said something like ‘Trump Thinks WTC Came Down Because of the Saudis’. If you read the article, there’s very little to get excited about. Man, I’m looking forward to the SC primary being over!
I wondered about that in the last debate.
Trump went all Trump (can that now be used as an adjective) on Jeb Bush even to the point of starting a war with the last Republican president ... a guy who is not running, by the way.
And a lot of us wondered why.
Jeb is not a serious threat to Trump. He’s way, way down in all polls.
And Jeb seems like an innocuous guy who hasn’t launched too many missiles at anyone, even Trump.
So what’s going on in that strange territory that is the Trump brain?
So, why does Trump bring the Iraq War into it?
This has more than a whiff of Truther nonsense...

Those rights can only be secured when the left—all of it, from the limousine liberalism of Sean Penn to the murderous insanity of the Hildebeest—is driven completely out of public life.

It only sounds ridiculous because history is being rewritten to white out the fact that Saddam did have WMDs.
It’s a conspiracy theory that has absolutely no relevance to the current election.
We have a lot to worry about rather than delving back in history to argue about something that cannot be settled.
And you need to wonder about why your boy is going off the rails on this stuff?

Maybe he’s trying to tell the truth, and his thinking is still contaminated by demonrat talking points.
Lets see if I have this clear: ‘My boy’ went off the rails because he states that the Saudi’s were most involved in 9/11?

What “theory”? I posted a picture of Trump with his old truther buddies and made an observation. What, you don’t think Trump is friends with truthers like Ventura?
It’s not that far fetched
Elements within the House of Saud were huge Bin Laden funders
And don’t forget those Saudis whisked out of the USA immediately after the planes hit even during the no fly zone time period
I guarantee you there is info never made public
I don’t think that trump believes it is anything other them the planes crashing into the world trade center...I think he is referring to elements of the Saudi government acting in concert with there religious leaders in support of the terrorists.
“Your Boy” went off the rails because he said that 9/11 was used as a justification for the Iraq War, which is manifestly false.
Actually, I don’t know if Trump is “Your Boy” or not.
I think I’ll pass on the standing on the head thing but I might use the liar line.
