I haven’t looked at it yet, but if the primary voters are a subset of registered voters then it would have a larger MoE; smaller sample size means larger MoE. So, perhaps they screened very tight on likely primary voters.

Thanks. Makes sense. Do you know how to weight? For ex., I want an accuate averaging of two different age groups, 19-44 and 45-60. How do I do that?
