Bloomberg will only run if the numbers are there. Supposedly he will not run to be a spoiler as it would be an embarrassment. He would get mocked for just running to ensure a Hillary win.
However, he doesn’t have the numbers. He might give Hillary New York over Trump, MIGHT, but that is about it.
His pollster is looking at raw numbers and if he can’t make the 270 threshold he will likely not win.
IF he runs, IF, he would only take votes against the Democrats.

Or he run just to provide debate cover for Hillary over Trump in a live debate. Still, he would be stooping really low and embarrass himself on a daily basis if he was only running to help the Dem nominee.
If he runs, he will only help Trump and go against votes for Dems.
