Senate Republicans should enact a long list of legislation that they want. I dunno, voter ID, bans on late term abortion, cut in the corporate income tax - that sort of thing. Put Obama on the spot. He will reject everything out of hand, of course, but then the Republicans can claim that Obama is not concialtory, so they needn't be.
