The pillow was not over Scalia's face. The owner of the ranch who was quoted as saying that a pillow was over Scalia's head clarified that he did not mean over Scalia's face - he simply meant that the pillow was further up the bed than Scalia's head was. The context that the ranch owner made the original quote clearly indicated that Scalia had been found resting peacefully, which would hardly have been the case if he'd been suffocated with a pillow.
He was a 79 year old man with health issues, according to a number of people of all political stripes who'd seen him in the last few years. He passed away, as we all do. The important thing is to make sure he is succeeded by a conservative justice.

It really doesn’t matter where the pillow was. The issue is that no real investigation has occurred and that is insanely suspicious. If the lowliest homeless person in my town was found dead under these circumstances, an investigation would ensue. It is an insult to the intelligence of anyone to say that no investigation is needed in the strange death of Justice Scalia and that we should just believe that someone stated, for the record, over the phone that he died of natural causes, without having seen the body, after receiving second or third hand information. Are we already a Banana Republic?
