The expression on the lady’s (?) face, has sort of an unhinged anger look. Typical of lefties when they lose control.
Notice how her middle fingers have an arch to them, like they have spent much time lodged in unnatural positions.

oh man, now that you mention it, I am fixated on how oddly bent those fingers are, like they are pipe cleaners or something, it’s going to be stuck in my head for a bit
