Palin should have never agreed to be McCain’s VP. She could have served a full term ending in 2010, and would have been the odds-on favorite to destroy Obama in 2012 to be the first woman President.


But she was almost unknown nationally prior to becoming McCain’s running mate. She would not have been so well known leading up to the 2012 election cycle to be a serious candidate in 2012, if she had not been McCain’s running mate.
