I am thoroughly unqualified to say anything wrt Cruz being NBC or not. However, as a sane rational individual I can clearly state that every American citizen has standing at every point during his life to make a claim against someone he believes to be unqualified to be president, e.g. Obama.

I am injured by the continuous actions of a man who either is not NBC, or more likely is NBC but is guilty of a felony in claiming foreign status in order to get whatever fellowships he got to attend the various colleges he attended.

This is contrived. Trump and Cruz met over the summer and was photographed together. Cruz has said many pleasant things about Trump and vice-versa.

My theory is that Trump is doing this to get it out of the way for Cruz, so if Cruz somehow wins it won't be an issue for the Dems.
