Winning a primary with 35% isn't winning. It's just losing with the highest result.

So what do you call second place at 16%? Losing even more with the second highest result?

That’s exactly what I’d say. Not until someone garners a true majority (>50%), will there be a win.

If Trump can do this, fine. But I suspect he won’t.
