Even though I am just the messenger I am still very sorry to have pointed out that with the balance of the Supreme Court jolted sharply to the left that a lawsuit against your guy's eligibility has now become a certainty.
The judges who will most likely be deciding Druz’s fate are a liberal panel form the 9th Circuit. The Supreme Court will now deadlock and the panel's decision will stand. It is a sad end to a promising campaign and I sincerely will mourn his departure. I have said repeatedly that I would support him in the general.
