It’s called psy-ops, trash-talkin’, demoralizing, intimidating, head-faking, BSing...all done to maintain and increase tactical advantage. Don’t worry about it.

Seems he uses the ‘psy-ops.........BSing’ a lot. I really think it would be effective re: Congress, National Affairs and World affairs.
