Being a farmer myself that looks like your typical commie POS tractor, void of any safety features advanced technology and suffers from poor power to weight ratio and sucky fuel economy.

No kidding. That appears to be about an 80 year old design (which means, among other things there would be no market for it in this countryand the patents have all expired) This Cleber fella is free to try and manufacture the thing. But why would someone want a Cuban reproduction of a 1930’s American tractor when, for less money, they could buy a much more modern real thing?
