It will be Lynch. Gives the Dems an opportunity to beat of the GOP for being racists conducting a war on women.

comrade nero-bama has already gotten two of his chosen onto the court. There isn’t even a Constitutional requirement for the number of SCOTUS justices; therefore, Scalia doesn’t even have to be replaced (and he is pretty well irreplaceable). The Republicans had better damn well block any and all of dear comrade’s nominations.

“To keep her [Lynch] from having to do anything about Clinton, then don’t get another Attorney General appointed in time to do anything before the election.”

This is a great analysis. I totally get it. If Lynch is appointed to the Court, she is out of the Clinton issue altogether; no new attorney general will be appointed in time to do anything before the election.

Amazing.

We have a winner

And after she's sworn in a bongo party will erupt and we will have the most minority of minority judges. The "first" everything.

He wouldn’t dare. I’d like to see him try it.

Would it be wise for the Senate Republicans to act on a nomination which has no chance of winning and could backfire on the ‘Rat Party?
