No actually that is false. Corporate and stock earnings combined with cheap labor rates in Mexico is why Businesses decide to build things outside of this country.
Trump the Chump decided to have a Mexican sweat shop make his name brand garments. He had choices. He chose to line his pockets with cash at the cost of American workers. Just like he did with his purchase of Thousands of TVs he bought from Korea.
